Marion Ebner-Ebenauer presents the most exciting aspects of the “Weinviertel” region on 5 December 2019 at 7:00 pm in our restaurant.
Marion and her husband Manfred transform the advantages of the Weinviertel – fine fruit, precise acidity, spicy varieties – into extraordinary wines and above all sparkling wines. International experts and critics have long recognized the huge potential of the region and see the sparkling wines of this quality-obsessed couple as being on a par with the best Champagnes. But not only the wines will be extraordinary on this evening: head chef Kevin Szalai will serve pigeon heart and pumpkin, smoked eel and root vegetables, foie gras with gooseberry, yarrow and mountain cheese, pistachio and Vorarlberg saffron.
