Prize competition
We are giving away a three-night stay at Severin*s – The Alpine Retreat in picturesque Lech am Arlberg, Austria. The accommodation is for two persons in the Junior suite of the hotel (breakfast included). What is more, the winner and companion will enjoy a romantic dinner in our restaurant. The voucher is redeemable subject to capacity and availability.
Travel expenses will not be covered. The voucher is valid until 31.12.2020.

Participation conditions
Participation is free of charge and open to anyone aged 18 or over. All persons involved in the development and execution of the competition as well as their family members are excluded from taking part. All employees of all ATLANTIC Hotels and their families are also excluded from the competition. You are prohibited from using multiple Instagram profiles to increase your chances of winning.
The prize competition ends on 31.12.2019 at 11:59 pm.

Procedure, drawing & notification of winners To participate in the contest, go to the Instagram page @wonderful_places and like the competition post and then tag your travel companion in the comments. In addition, the page @severinshotels must be followed on Instagram. The winner is then drawn at random.
The closing date for entries is 31.12.2019 and we will notify the winner through direct message by 2.01.2020. If the winner has not contacted us by 6:00 pm on 6.01.2020, we will draw a new winner.
The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. Cash payments as well as legal recourse are excluded.
Changes to participation conditions, disruption and/or termination of the competition
We reserve the right to change or adapt the conditions of participation in the competition at short notice for important reasons or to terminate the competition at short notice, in particular in the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation, technical faults and considerable legal impairments. In the event of a violation of the conditions of participation, certain participants may be excluded from the competition and, if applicable, prizes may be withdrawn and reclaimed retrospectively. We would also like to point out that the recipes sent in must be free of third-party rights and may be used and modified by the organizer without restrictions.
Liability

Personal data will be collected and processed on the basis of the applicable data protection laws, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), specifically for the purposes of contacting the winner, for the transmission and realization of the prize and, if consent is given, for sending the newsletter. The data will not be disclosed to third parties. Personal data will therefore only be processed for the purpose for which they were provided. ATLANTIC Hotels Management GmbH may publish the name of the winner.

Final provisions
Should individual provisions in the above be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
